The Next Generation Rail competitions are an opportunity for early-career researchers and young professionals to talk about some of the most recent rail research and present some of the best case studies, both in industry and academia.

1. Best Academic Research Presentation: Presenters showcase some of the most recent and cutting-edge academic research currently underway in UK Universities

2. Best Industry Case Study Presentation: Presenters showcase exceptional industry case studies that show new, innovative solutions to some of the industry’s challenges

3. Best Collaborative Project Presentation: Presenters will share their experience of working in partnership with industry and academia.

4. Best Poster: Showcase academic research and industry projects.
